Example Ectomorph: A 180 cm tall male weighing 65 kg with a 16 cm wrist circumference. Their BMI would be around 20.06 (Normal weight), and their frame size would likely be Small, indicating a classic ectomorphic build.
2. Mesomorph
Mesomorphs are often considered the "athletic" body type. They have a naturally muscular build, medium bone structure, and broad shoulders. They tend to gain muscle easily and can lose fat relatively quickly, making them well-suited for many sports and bodybuilding.

3. Endomorph
Endomorphs typically have a softer, rounder physique with a larger bone structure and higher body fat percentage. They tend to gain weight easily and find it more challenging to lose fat due to a slower metabolism. They often have a pear-shaped body with wider hips.

How the Calculator Works
Our calculator estimates your body type by considering three key metrics:
- Body Mass Index (BMI): Calculated from your height and weight, BMI provides an indication of whether you are underweight, normal weight, overweight, or obese.
- Frame Size: Determined by comparing your height to your wrist circumference. A smaller wrist relative to height suggests a smaller bone structure, while a larger wrist suggests a larger frame.
